Reuse verification
What is Reuse verification
Reuse verification is a feature for checking if the case you are creating is duplicated in the system or not. If there is a duplicated case, a popup notification will appear, allowing you to decide whether to create a new case, use the existing duplicated case, or continue the process from the verification of the duplicated case.
How does Reuse verification Work?
When you create a new case on the case keeper dashboard by using import CSV file or create a case in the dashboard, The system will check the duplication of citizen id, first name, and last name.
- If these 3 fields are the same, the system will allow reusing the case.
- If these 3 fields are not the same, the system will disable the reuse ratio.
After that, The system will display a popup that has duplicated cases and an option for creating new cases.

- Create New: create a new case and also send a new EKYC link.
- Reuse: no action, reuse the already existing EKYC result from the existing row.
- Redo: use the already existing case but send a new EKYC link. (old verification will be clear).
- Cancel: delete this case.
And you can click the triangle
( ▸ ) button to show all cases that have duplicated cases in the agent’s account. The column will show the following information.
- Case type
- Policy number
- Customer’s first, middle name, and last name
