What is Manual Approval
Manual Approval is like verification by you or the agent. When you need to verify the identity of a consumer and may require manual approval from an agent to change the case status, you or the agent can check the attached or additional information provided by the user to confirm if it meets your requirements. This can be done using your agent's capabilities or your system's functionalities.
Once you or the agent successfully verify the consumer's identity, if you need to update the authentication status of the user in the "case keeper dashboard," you can proceed with the process or have the agent perform the necessary checks and manual approval according to the predefined workflow.
If the user is unable to verify their identity as per your requirements, you can change the case status to "reject."
How to Manual Approval Case
- Go to The case detail that you want to approve or reject and click that case to go to case detail, then
ADMIN APPROVAL
button will display when EKYC status is only Not Verified / Needs Review (If already considered status this button will disable)

Case Keeper Dashboard - Dashboard Lists - Case Detail
- Click on
ADMIN APPROVAL
button, system display popup, then you can select a status that you want to change by clicking the selector option in the dropdown and you can add additional comments for this case.

- When you click confirm, The system will display the status on
ADMIN APPROVA
and Admin additional comment will display under the status on case detail.
- If approve a case, when you click confirm button in the confirmation popup then the case will be approved and the case status will be APPROVED and changed to green color on dashboard lists.
case status should support sending status to the company in case they want to use this case status to continue doing another task on their side.

- If reject a case, when you click the reject button the case status will be REJECTED and change to red color on dashboard lists, case status should support sending status to the company in case they want to use this case status to continue doing another task on their side.
